A fee of €10.00 (Lm4.29) is to be paid for each copy of tender
document.
Tender documents may be collected from the Council’s office from Monday
to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and noon.
Tenders will be opened in public on the closing date and time.
The Council reserves the right to refuse even the most advantageous
tender. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The Naxxar Local Council notifies that tender documents for the services
of Works Officer (Advt. No. 03/08) published in the Government Gazette
No. 18,176 of the 22nd January 2008 can only be collected as from 1st
February 2008. The closing date has now been postponed to noon of
Monday, 3rd March 2008 where they will be opened in public immediately
