as shown on plan P.D.JO_32_2007. Tenders are to be accompanied by a
bid-bond for an amount of €10,000 (Lm4,293.00) as stipulated in the
tender conditions.

third party servitudes in favour of adjacent property.
Tenders should be made only on the prescribed form which, together with
the relevant conditions and other documents are obtainable from the Land
Department, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta, on any working day between
8.30 a.m. and 11.45 a.m. A fee of €11.65 (Lm5) will be charged for each
copy of tender document. Payments are to be made only by cheque or money
order. Tenders are only valid if they bear the official stamp of the
Department.
