All tenderers should note that as in
terms of Part II and Clause 20 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2005
(L.N. 177 of 2005), the award of the Departmental Tenders made by the
Foundation will be published in the notice-board (Notice of Intent of
Award of Departmental Tenders).
Any tenderer who may feel aggrieved by
any such recommendation must submit his official complaint within three
working days (till noon), as per the relevant clause mentioned in the
above Regulations.
