Sealed tenders in
respect of the following advertisements have to be dropped in the Tender
Box at the Land Department, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta by 10.00 am on
Thursday, 3rd January, 2008.
Advt. No. 265. Grant on a temporary
emphyteusis, for a period of fifty (50) years, to be used exclusively as
a hotel, of Premises Nos. 46/47, Triq il-Batterija,
Valletta, shown edged in red on plan P.D.2007_27. This premises has also
a right of access from Premises No. 260, Triq Sant’ Ursula,
Valletta.
Successful tenderer is to pay the sum of
three hundred thousand Malta Liri Lm300,000.00 (€698,812.02), as
