The Hon. Franco Debono, Parliamentary Assistant in the
Office of the Prime Minister, delivers a speech at a medal
awarding ceremony on board the HNLMS Johan de Wit. This
event marks the successful completion of the tour of duty of
12 Maltese AFM officers who were deployed as a Vessel
Protection Detachment in support of the EU’s anti-piracy
operation off the coast of Somalia.
The Hon. Chris Said, Parliamentary Secretary for Consumers,
Fair Competition, Local Councils and Public Dialogue awards
an international accreditation to Solid Base Laboratory
which is involved in the testing of construction products.
The Hon. Frederick Azzopardi, Parliamentary Assistant within
the Ministry for Gozo, inaugurates True Faith, a photo
exhibition by Inigo Taylor. The exhibition will remain open
until Sunday 25th July.
