PRESENTation
of LETTERS OF CREDENCE BY newly appointed AMBASSADORS AND HIGH
COMMISSIONER
H.E.
Prof. Guido de Marco, President of Malta, this morning, was presented
with the letters of credence of H.E.
Mr Naceur Mestiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Tunisia, H.E. Mr Jānis
Lūsis, Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia and the letters of
commission by H.E. Mr Dinkar Prakash Srivastava, High Commissioner of
India.
The
ceremony took place in the Ambassadors’ Room at The Palace, Valletta,
and later in the afternoon, The President and Mrs. de Marco will host
the newly accredited Ambassadors and High Commissioner to an official
luncheon at San Anton Palace.
