The Hon. Clyde Puli, M.A., B.A., M.C.I.P.R., M.I.M., M.P.
 

The Hon Clyde Puli holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Communications and a Masters Degree in Political Sociology from the University of Malta. He is a member of the Malta Institute of Management, a member, of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK) and a member of the European Sociological Association. In 1994 he was elected Local Councillor for the constituency of Qormi where he served for 9 years including a term as Mayor of the locality.

In 1997 he was elected President of the Nationalist Party’s College of Councillors, member of the Nationalist Party's Administrative Council, Executive Committee and General Council.

In 2003 he was elected to Parliament and subsequently appointed member of the Standing Committee on Foreign & European Affairs. In 2004 he was appointed Chairman of the Standing Committee on Social Affairs.

Between 2005 and 2008 he sat on the National Council for Children and the Board of Trustees of the Richmond Foundation, Malta

In 2008 he was re-elected to parliament and appointed Parliamentary Secretary for Youth & Sport

The Hon Clyde Puli MP was born on September 13th 1969. He is married to Mary Anne, a teacher by profession. They live in Qormi and have a son.
