DIRECT MAILING SERVICES



Direct Mailing Services are offered by the Department of Information (DOI), free of charge, to subscribers. Three of these services consist of announcements featuring in the Malta Government Gazette, relating to Employment Opportunities in the public sector, Scholarships sponsored by the Government, and Calls for Public Tenders. Other services include DOI Press Releases and Press Photos as well as a Diary of Events of the Government activities, compiled by the Department of Information.

One can apply for any of these services, by clicking the REGISTER button and filling in the Registration Form.

Full List of Services:

  • Employment Opportunities: Subscribers will receive a hyperlink leading to the Employment Opportunities Section on the DOI website. These are extracted from the Malta Government Gazette (normally on Tuesdays and Fridays).
  • Scholarships: Subscribers will receive a hyperlink leading to the Scholarships Section on the DOI website. These are extracted from the Malta Government Gazette (normally on Tuesdays and Fridays).
  • Public Tenders: Subscribers will receive a hyperlink leading to the Public Tenders Section on the DOI website. These are issued by Government Departments and their agencies as well as by Local Councils, extracted from the Malta Government Gazette (normally on Tuesdays and Fridays).
  • Press Releases: Subscribers will receive a hyperlink leading to the Press Releases Section on the DOI website. Press Releases are issued by the Department of Information (daily on working days).
  • Press Photos: Subscribers will receive a hyperlink leading to the Press Photos Section on the DOI website. These are JPEG images of Government activities, national events and other public functions (normally daily on working days).
  • Diary of Events: Diary of events recording Government activities and other events of national importance (monthly).
